Crochet Pattern:  Weekender Bag – You can never have too many bags, right?!  And if you’re making them yourself then you’re going to save yourself loads of pennies. Crochet yourself a Weekender Bag using t shirt yarn (which is made from recycled t shirts).  They are firm to the touch and are very hardwearing.  If you’re a dab hand at sewing, you could line your bag too!  Choosing your colour will be the tricky part….there are so many lovely colours and patterns to choose from.

You will also need:

  • 120m of t shirt yarn (Click here to see all the colours and patterns available).
  • 8mm hook
  • 10m of another colour if t shirt yarn to make the flower on the front.
  • Sewing needle, thread and a large button
  • Scissors and a darning needle.

The pattern includes step by step instructions with photos, as well as videos to explain stitches, and is suitable for someone who has crocheted before.
