They take minutes to make, use hardly any yarn, and once you’ve made one…you’ll suddenly have a whole little pile of them. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!
Crochet Supplies
- Small amounts of yarn (any scraps will do)
- Suitable hook for your yarn
- Stitch marker
- Scissors
- Yarn needle for finishing off
How to crochet your teeny tiny flower
Start with a slip knot and chain 5.
Look for the furthest chain from the hook and slip stitch to join your two ends together to make a circle.
Chain 1, pop a stitch marker in the chain 1, then put 9 dc into the circle.
Join the circle together with a slip stitch into the stitch after where your stitch marker is.
👉Change colour at the same time if you’d like contrasting petals.
Chain 2, then do 4 htr into the same stitch as the slip stitch.
Put a slip stitch in the next stitch.
Now repeat:
*5 htr in the next stitch, slip stitch in the next stitch*
Repeat until you have 5 petals.
Finish off by doing a slip stitch into the last stitch, fasten off, and there you go…your teeny tiny crocheted flower is ready!
