Cancellation Policy

To book a place on one of my workshops, or to book a 1-2-1 lesson, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking to secure your place.  You will receive a booking confirmation email which also has a button to click in case you need to cancel your workshop.  You can also cancel your booking by emailing me at nicola@thesecretcrocheter.com

Please refrain from contacting me via WhatsApp or my personal social media accounts.

If you need to cancel your workshop, you have up until 48 hours before the workshop takes place in order to receive a full refund.  Providing that you have given the correct contact details at the time of booking, you will receive an email reminder 72 hours before the workshop takes place.  Occasionally these emails can go to your spam folder so please keep an eye out for them!  Once you have cancelled your workshop, I will issue you with your refund.  Please note that this may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account. 

Any cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop will not receive a refund.  Sometimes workshops are over-subscribed so I hold a waiting list and MAY be able to re-fill your place.  If I am able to re-fill your place, a full refund will be given.  For some workshops where a refund has not been given, it may be possible to issue you with the kit for the workshop.

In the unlikely event that I have to cancel a workshop, a full refund will be given.

This may seem a little strict but I buy a lot of the resources for the workshops in advance, based on how many people have booked.  If you cancel your place at short notice then I am out of pocket, which has quite a big impact on my small business.
