Overview
I really hope you’ll love your order from The Secret Crocheter, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it – unused, with any tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email me at nicola@thesecretcrocheter.com. Items sent back without first contacting me won’t be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and let me know straight away if it’s faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered. I’ll do my best to put it right as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items
I can’t accept returns on items that have been used or damaged after arriving with you, or on personalised/custom-made items unless they are faulty.
Exchanges
The quickest way to swap something is to return your original item (once it’s accepted) and then place a new order for the one you want.
Refunds
Once I’ve received and checked your return, I’ll let you know whether it’s been approved. If it has, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note it can take up to 10 working days for your bank or card provider to process and show the refund.
